Privacy Policy
JEZT Digital, LLC ("JEZT Digital", "we", "us") builds and runs websites, online stores, business software, phone systems and marketing for our clients, including software sold under our brands such as Dirt Road Software. This policy explains what personal information we handle, why, and the choices you have. We never sell or rent your information.
1. Our two roles
- For our own business (this website, our clients' accounts, billing and support), we decide how information is used, as described in this policy.
- For our clients' records (for example a store's customer list, orders or website visitors on a site we host or software we provide), our client decides what is collected and why. We handle that information on our client's behalf and only to provide our services to them. If your question is about a business that uses our services, please contact that business first; we will help them answer it.
2. What we collect

3. Cookies
jeztdigital.com does not set cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking. Our client portals and staff tools use only essential cookies: one that keeps you signed in and, if you choose to remember a device, one that remembers it.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with companies that help us run our services, under terms that require them to protect it, or when the law requires it. These include:
- Hosting and email: Hostinger (web hosting, databases and email sending), Cloudflare (domain, network protection and email forwarding) and Google (our team's email).
- Payments: Stripe, which processes card payments and stores saved payment methods.
- AI features: when a client uses an AI feature in our software, such as writing product descriptions, the text needed for that request is sent to the AI provider the client has chosen (for example OpenAI or Anthropic).
- Sign-in providers: Google or Microsoft, only if you choose to sign in with them.
- Other services a client turns on, such as a payment processor or marketing platform for their own store.
We do not use client data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with advertisers.
5. How we protect it
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encryption for keys and other secrets we store, strong password hashing, two-step verification, role-based permissions, rate limits and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell the people affected as the law requires.
6. How long we keep it
- Contact form messages and emails: as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our conversation.
- Client and billing records: while you are a client, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Records we hold for a client: while that client uses our services. When they leave, we make their data available for export and then delete it from our active systems; backups expire on their normal schedule.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to send you a copy. Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you further rights. Email admin@jeztdigital.com and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. If your information is in one of our clients' records, we will pass your request to that client and help them answer it.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Where information is stored
We store information in the United States, unless an agreement with a client says otherwise.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell our clients by email.
